Information on the processing of personal data of users consulting the
websites of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data pursuant
to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the
“Regulation”), this page describes how the personal data of users
consulting the website www.pizzatoits.it are processed. The
information is provided only for the website www.pizzatoits.it and not
also for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures set up for the proper
functioning of the Site acquire, in the course of their normal
operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the
browsing of the websites. This information is not collected in order
to be associated with identified interested parties; however, by its
very nature it could, through processing and association with data
held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These include IP
addresses or the names of the computers used by users who connect to
the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the
resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to
submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in
response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response
given by the server and other parameters relating to the operating
system and the computer platform used by the user. The above data are
used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical
information on the use of the Site and to check that it is working
properly.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of
hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing
DATA OF A PERSONAL NATURE
The personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with the
conditions of lawfulness ex art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/679, for the following
purposes:
— compilation of data collection forms for receiving newsletters or
promotional communications in general by e-mail;
— consent (art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. a) as the legal basis for
processing.
Possible recipients and categories of recipients of personal data
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The data of a personal nature supplied will be communicated to
recipients, who will process the data in their capacity as data
controllers, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation and/or in their
capacity as natural persons acting under the authority of the
Controller, for the purposes listed in point 3 above. Specifically,
the data will be communicated to:
— subjects that provide services for the management of the information
system and communication networks including e-mail, newsletters and
website management;
— competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or
provisions of public bodies, upon request.
The personal data collected are also processed by the company’s staff,
who act on the basis of specific instructions on the purposes and
methods of processing.
Period of retention of personal data or criteria for determining the period
RETENTION PERIOD
In compliance with the provisions (of Article 5 paragraph 1 letter e)
of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a
form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period
of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the
personal data are processed.
The retention of data of a personal nature provided depends on the
purpose of the processing:
— receiving newsletters or promotional communications in general by
e-mail (maximum 24 months).
Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Foundation, in the
cases provided for, access to and rectification or erasure of personal
data or restriction of processing concerning them or to object to
processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR).
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a
data subject who considers that the processing concerning him or her
is in breach of the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority, namely in the Member State where he or she
normally resides, works or where the alleged breach has occurred (Art.
77 cited above).
